Returns and Refunds Policy

If you examine your product with visible signs of damage, please contact us within 3 days.

Foryou Marketing Sdn Bhd is happy to provide an exchange for damaged products within 3 days from the products received date. However, we must receive the product in original and unused condition. We will not accept any returns after 3 days from the received date.

BEFORE proceed for the return, Kindly email us at [email protected] FIRST with your full name, order number, address, telephone number and the reason for return (with picture is possible).

Once your return request is approved, we will then forward your details on completing the exchange. We will NOT accept any returns if no email of approval has been sent first.

Refunds will be provided if in any case, the product you ordered is out of stock, we will first try to contact you either via phone or email within 48hours for the refund (not include weekends or holidays).

In you are unreachable we may either on hold your refund or directly refund back to you depend on your payment method

Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount from your shopping cart. Once your order has been submitted and payment is made, your order will be direct to our warehouse and ready to be packed, which will enter the delivery process and no further changes can be made.

Foryou Marketing Sdn Bhd. may reject or refuse to process your order if :

  • The product you ordered is discontinued or no longer available. (in this case, refund will be processed automatically)
  • Your credit card does not give authorisation for the payment of the purchase price.
  • Your order payment was not received.
  • You do not meet the eligibility to order criteria set out above.

Delivery Policy

After placing your order, you will automatic receive an Order Confirmation Email.

Once order if confirmed (with payment received), your order will be proceed and shipped out within 1 to 3 working day depend on your shipping location.

For order place at www.foryou2u.com, order may ship by GDex express or ZTO express (other courier also be possible depend on your shipping address).

And once your order is processed and ready to be ship, you may be updated with a Tracking Number for your order via email.

Depend on your shipping address, your order may take 2 to 5 working day to delivery to you and later for West Malaysia (take 3-7 working days).

We will deliver to the shipping address that customer specified when placing order. However, additional charges may apply if the package is redirected, an address is incomplete or a correction is required by courier service. We are not responsible for shipping charges for packages returned due to missing or wrong information.
