We putting effort in combine state-of-the-art systems with traditional methods to produce high-quality oat products with finest-tasting. Premium organic oat from the northern regions of North America and Scandinavia will first being selected and the outermost layer – hull which is insoluble fiber will be removed in the process to obtain groats. Next, groats will be sized, toasted and steamed to deactivate enzyme and destroy pathogens before processing. Steaming is also required to soften the groats before it can be rolled flat into flakes. Our Organic Instant Rolled Oats are flaked slightly thinner than quick rolled oats which shorten preparing period and hence can be served by just adding hot water.
