Delivery will not be offered on weekend and public holiday. Delays in delivering your order might be incurred due to holidays, extreme bad weather or any type of natural disaster.

However, if your order is taking longer than usual, you may contact us with your order number and we will try to contact the courier for you.

Case 1 (order haven’t shipped out): Kindly email us at [email protected] with your correct shipping information together with your order number. If your order haven’t been sent out, we are help you change your shipping detail.

Case 2 (order have been shipped out): If your order have been shipped out, no further change in shipping information can be made.

Foryou marketing will also not be responsible for any loss due to missing or wrong information and no refund can be proceed for this case as well. Hence, kindly check your shipping detail carefully before submitting.

If you examine your product with visible signs of damaged, please contact us within 3 days.

For You Marketing Sdn Bhd is happy to provide an exchange for damaged products within  3 days from the products received date. However, we must receive the product in original and unused condition. We will not accept any returns after 3 days from received date.

BEFORE proceed for the return, Kindly email us at [email protected] FIRST with your full name, order number, address, telephone number and the reason for return (with picture is possible).

Once your return request is approved, we will then forward your details on completing the exchange. We will NOT accept any returns if no email of approval has been sent first.

Once you order has been submitted and payment is made, your order will be directly to our warehouse and ready to be pack, which it will entered the delivery process and no further changes can be made and this including cancel order.
