Returns and Refunds Policy
Thanks shopping and this policy applies to products purchased from the website www.foryou2u.com. If you not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
For You Marketing Sdn Bhd is happy to provide an exchange for damaged products within 7days from the products received date. We must receive the product in original and unused condition. We will not accept any returns after 7 days from received date.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org FIRST with your full name, order number, address, telephone number and the reason for return, and once approved, we will forward your details on completing the exchange. We will NOT accept any returns if no email of approval has been sent first, BEFORE sending the products back.
Refunds will be provided if in any case a product you ordered is out of stock, we will first try to contact you either by phone or via email.
After purchase, you will receive an Estimated Delivery Date in the Order Confirmation Email depending on your location. Please note that this estimated delivery date is only an estimate and is not a guaranteed date for your order. On occasion, an order may be placed on hold.
Most of the orders placed before 11:59AM are processed for shipment on the same day, orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed for shipment the next business day. We do not include weekends or holidays when calculating delivery dates.
Examine your product is visible signs of damaged, please contact us within 7days. We will not accept any returns after 7 days from received date.
If your order products that is out of stock, we will contact you within 48hours for the refund. When calculating contact you for the refund, do not include weekends or holidays.
